2. The information we collect

2.1 Information collected from the will-owner.

We collect information voluntarily submitted to us directly by filling a form-like template on Will-vault platform. This includes but not limited to information you provide during registration.

2.2 Information collected from the subscribing institutions.

We collect necessary information about the subscribing institutions including; registered name, location, contact, email address and website.

2.3 Information we collect about the firm contact person.

We collect necessary information about the subscribing firm/ agency contact person including; Name, enrollment no. , phone no., email address and website.

3. Disclosure of your information

3.1 No information shall be disclosed or shared with any third parties without the consent of the Will maker

as witnesses.

3.2 witnesses

As long as the will-owner is still alive the witnesses shall be getting a timely email containing the will-owner’s will upon every update.

4. Password protection

The will-owner shall have to change the opening password formulated by the institution at the time of opening up the account. The new formulated password should never be shared. We have even included a second factor authentication by google to further protect the Will makers information. Always close your account upon completion of usage/access.
